About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a Commercial lawyer with retail, marketing, IP and consumer experience to join the legal team. The role will be broad and will work closely with the business, providing legal advice on commercial matters along with a focus on tech and digital. You will be involved with a wide range of business critical matters, predominantly general commercial contracts with consumer law, IP, compliance and data privacy.
The position will suit an individual who is happy in an environment where the business continues to challenge itself and where you will engage with creative and tech people, supporting creative interests and solid values.
About You
A broad general commercial background is key. In-house experience working with or acting for consumer, retail or fashion companies will also be well-regarded. You must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in working in the retail sector in a professional capacity and the relevant skill-set to operate in a broad ranging in-house position.
The ability to establish strong working relationships across a large and complex business is also key. A blend of both contractual and advisory experience will suit very well.
