prestigious commercial building in Southampton .This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrician looking for a
stable, long-term static position , with an excellent
4 days on / 4 days off night-shift pattern
and a salary of
£48,000 per year .The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day electrical maintenance of a high-quality commercial building, ensuring all systems are operating safely, efficiently and reliably throughout the night.Key responsibilities include:Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault finding and diagnostics
Carrying out PPMs and remedial works
Maintaining lighting, power and associated electrical systems
Responding to electrical faults and breakdowns
Completing maintenance records and documentation
Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with relevant regulations
Working closely with the wider facilities and engineering team
What We’re Looking For
Fully qualified
Electrician
18th Edition
qualification
Relevant electrical maintenance experience
Commercial building experience preferred
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of health & safety requirements
Reliable, professional and able to work independently
Comfortable working permanent night shifts
