Remote Regional HR Partner – Education (East of England)

Ormiston Academies Trust is seeking a Regional People Partner to support its East of England academies in a remote capacity. The role requires travel within reasonable distance to Norwich, Ipswich and eastern coastal schools while delivering proactive HR services across the Trust.

You will lead on employee relations, handle complex casework and TUPE transfers, and work with school leaders and central teams on people planning to drive organisational change in line with the Trust’s strategy.
