Senior Planner — London Office Builds & Refurbs

Wates Group is seeking a Senior Planner to shape, develop and manage project programmes for major commercial schemes in London. You will collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to implement robust planning strategies across pre-construction to delivery.

This role focuses on office new build and cut-and-carve refurbishments, with opportunities to lead recovery and mitigation plans and contribute to planning best practice across the business.
