Hybrid Bid Writer for Complex Public Sector Proposals

Serco is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our UK & Europe Growth function. You will own assigned responses from ITT release to final submission, collaborating with leads and SMEs to craft clear, compliant, persuasive proposals.

Across Justice & Immigration, Citizen Services, and Defence bids, you will develop narratives that win, while applying Serco’s Playbook and best practices, with travel as needed and SC-level security possible.
