Hybrid Civil & Structural Design Engineer | Manchester

Rullion is seeking a Civil & Structural Design Engineer in Manchester for a hybrid role. The position is a 6-month rolling contract with potential extension to 2–3 years on project work, offering £50–60 per hour outside IR35.

Responsibilities include owning design coordination, reviewing Employer’s Requirements, and supporting procurement and construction teams to deliver technically compliant infrastructure projects. You will work across disciplines and ensure CDM compliance.
