People Business Partner: Lead People Strategy & Engagement

Stonbury is seeking a People Business Partner to provide practical people support across sites and offices. You will coach managers, advise on employment policy, and promote a positive culture in line with company values. A strong track record in employee relations and HR advisory work is essential.

You will travel extensively, support regional action plans, and collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, and Talent teams to deliver integrated people solutions. CIPD level 5+ is expected.
