In-House Property Counsel — 12-Month Contract

LHH is partnering with a large UK group to recruit a commercially minded Legal Counsel – Property on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle landlord/tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects across a diverse property portfolio.

Open to Newly Qualified Solicitors up to ~3 years PQE with interest in commercial property law, working alongside senior stakeholders to support portfolio management and strategic initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment.
