QUALITY CONTROL OPERATIVELocation: BournePay Rate: £13.00 per hourHours: 37.5 hours per weekWorking Hours: 08:30 16:30Working Days: Monday FridayType: Temp to PermAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to support the Technical Team at a new, modern seed, pea and bean processing facility in Bourne.This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and an interest in pulses, seeds and agriculture.You will be responsible for carrying out technical sampling and pulse analysis, maintaining accurate records and helping to ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete product testing across buyback, intake, production, open market and container samples in line with laboratory procedures.Record test results accurately using Excel and QMS and provide feedback to the Technical and Operations Teams.Support production and technical requirements, ensuring specifications are met before container dispatch.Identify, report and investigate quality issues when required. xwwtmva Prepare sample approvals for customer pre-approval and external testing….
