Lead Grounds Manager — Elite Football Pitch Care

Colchester United is seeking a Head Grounds Person to oversee the maintenance of the first team pitch at the stadium plus five training pitches. The role combines hands-on turf care with planning, administration and people management to deliver surfaces of the highest quality and safety.

You will lead a grounds team, schedule tasks, monitor equipment, and collaborate with management and coaching staff to meet match-day requirements.
