Strategic Chief of Staff — Payments Leadership

Barclays is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to the Chief Payments Officer. This role sits at the centre of the Payments leadership team, acting as a trusted partner to the CPO and helping to establish and manage an effective Executive Office for the Payments function.

The successful candidate will coordinate priorities, manage leadership engagements, drive governance and operating rhythms, and support decision-making with high-quality materials and strategic insight.
