Looking for a Residential Managerready to take charge of a lovely Care home and stake their claim amongst an award-winning care group!

What you do:

• Lead a care home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care.
• Accurately document all records and sensitive documents in compliance with RQIA and company standards.
• Manager and motivate Lead staff, inducting, training and development employees.
• Ensure the Home meets all legal, regulatory, health & safety, safeguarding requirements.
• Manage budgets, staffing, occupancy and the overall financial and operational performance of the Home.

What you need to be:

• A level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, Social work or an active NMC registration.
• Experience as a Nurse manager or Manager of a Residential facility.
