Independent Living Manager – Housing & Resident Services

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a mission-driven Head of Independent Living to oversee housing support for older residents across Crewe and the Cheshire area. You will lead on-site with a team of Independent Living Advisors, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service and strong partnerships with local agencies.

You will travel between schemes, manage performance, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding Guinness values and equality of opportunity.
