To support a visible presence, a physical requirement for Positive Behaviour Support Officersis to visit classrooms and patrol corridors to ensure all students are inlessons and engaging with their learning. As part of the RESET (on call)system, Positive Behaviour Support Officers will support students who need to regulatetheir behaviour, escorting to one of the inclusion rooms to RESET, reflect andreengage.
Positive Behaviour Support Officers will be skilled professionalswho can deescalate behaviour. They will support the Inclusion Manager to ensurestudents engage with learning in the RESET Inclusion Room and attend timetabledintervention sessions.
