Pastoral Support Officer – Primary: Student Wellbeing & Behaviour

Reeson Education is seeking a warm Pastoral Support Officer to join a friendly primary school team in London starting ASAP. You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping with academic, social and emotional development and acting as a positive role model.

As Pastoral Support Officer you will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with SEMH needs, build trusting relationships, and work with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver targeted support in a calm, inclusive environment.
