Night Youth Support & Progression Officer

Centrepoint is seeking a Night Support and Progression Officer for the London Accommodation Pathfinder based in Barnet. The role focuses on delivering a pilot supported housing project for 16/17-year-olds as an alternative to custodial sentences, on a late-evening to overnight rota.

You will work with Social Workers and Youth Justice practitioners to monitor progress, safeguarding needs and risk plans, delivering engaging and reformative techniques to help young people comply with court orders.
