Senior Test Strategy Lead QA & Automation

Delta Capita is seeking a Test Strategy leader to oversee QA across DCDLS delivery projects. You will drive test planning, standards, and reporting while coordinating with DevSecOps and BAs to ensure high quality user stories and testable requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in software testing with leadership exposure, strong communication, and hands-on experience with JIRA/XRay and automation tools. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Ipswich or London.
