Recovery-to-Opportunity: IPS Employment Specialist

Change Grow Live is recruiting an Employment Specialist to join the IPS service in Birmingham, based at the East Birmingham hub with travel across three locations. You will help people in recovery access sustainable paid work by delivering person-centred employment support, working with treatment teams and employers.

You will manage a caseload of around 25 people, build employer relationships and provide ongoing guidance to help individuals achieve their employment goals within their recovery
