Acute Stroke Nurse: Fast-Track Care & Rehab Team

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Staff Nurse to join the Acute Stroke Ward, Ward 23. The post focuses on assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care for a caseload of stroke patients.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care from acute treatment through rehabilitation, with emphasis on rapid time-critical thrombolysis and patient-centred care. The ward is busy and caring colleagues will welcome you warmly.
