Onsite IT Support Engineer – Customer-Focused Troubleshooter

Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver first and second-line technical support for a key customer. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and apps, while handling basic network/server tasks and escalations with clear communication.

You’ll work onsite and remotely, prioritising incidents to meet SLAs, and contribute to projects and deployments. Strong customer-facing skills and calm, proactive ownership are essential.
