2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Windows, macOS & Azure

Nourish Care, based in Bournemouth, is seeking an IT Technician to join our small but vital IT team. You will own day-to-day technical support, across Windows, macOS and mobile devices, helping staff stay productive and secure.

Key duties include administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID, and resolving a broad range of hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication; occasional travel to other Nourish offices
