We are recruiting on behalf of an established and successful manufacturing business that is looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Advisor to join their growing team.
This is a proactive, office-based sales role where you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling, building relationships with prospective clients, and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Accurately update CRM systems and sales records.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years’ telesales or outbound sales experience.
- Proven track record in cold calling and new business generation.
- Demonstrable success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based sales environment.
