2-man furniture delivery team , delivering furniture safely and professionally to customers’ homes.The Role
As part of a two-person crew, you’ll share responsibility for delivering furniture from the vehicle directly into customers’ homes.Drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle safely on planned routes
Work alongside your delivery partner throughout the day
Deliver furniture to customers’ homes
Safely unload, carry and manoeuvre furniture
Take furniture into the required room within the property
Complete multiple deliveries throughout the shift
Carry out daily vehicle checks
Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Follow all company health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Must be physically fit
as the role involves regular lifting, carrying and manoeuvring of furniture.Valid UK C1 / 7.5 Tonne driving licence
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 5 penalty points
No serious driving endorsements
Minimum 2 years’ 7.5 Tonne driving experience
Professional and reliable approach
Good communication skills
Comfortable working as part of a 2-man team
Customer-focused attitude
Hours & Pay
£18 per hourStart times will be between
5:00am and 7:00am , depending on your allocated route.You’ll complete a paid driving assessment and induction before starting, giving you the opportunity to become familiar with the operation and expectations.This is a genuine
