People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Handpack Operative (Days) to join our well-established client based in Chippenham, Wiltshire on a full-time temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable production operation.
This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Handpack Operative, Production Operative, Factory Operative, Food Production Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative, or General Operative.

Day-to-Day Duties
As aPacking Operative , your duties will include:
Packing eggs accurately into trays, boxes and retail packaging in line with customer specifications Operating packing and grading machinery to ensure eggs are processed efficiently and accurately Carrying out manual handling tasks, including loading, unloading and packing products in line with production targets Identifying and reporting any defects, faults or issues with products or machinery Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area Following all food safety, xwwtmva biosecurity, health and safety, and site procedures Supporting line changeovers, cleaning and preparation between production runs Accurately completing production and quality records where required Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and KPIs
