Senior Construction Manager – CAT B Fit Out (Brighton)

Bigblue UK is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a £2.5m CAT B fit out project in Brighton. You will start by setting up the site and carrying out validations and surveys, then manage the fit out through to completion in February 2027.

Essential tickets include SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 6, Fire Marshall and First Aid. A proven track record on CAT A/B fit out projects is required, with strong IT skills to produce weekly progress reports.
