The Role
- Evaluating new investment opportunities within enterprise software and technology‑enabled services
- Building detailed financial models, investment cases, and valuation analyses
- Conducting commercial, market, and competitive diligence
- Supporting deal execution, including coordination with advisors and management teams
- Working closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, strategic projects, and board materials
- Contributing to ongoing portfolio monitoring and exit preparation
The role offers significant exposure to senior investment professionals and company management, with clear progression opportunities over time.
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or corporate development, with strong exposure to technology or software
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
- A strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software business models
- Commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology‑driven growth businesses
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a lean, fast‑paced environment
Prior experience in software, technology investing, or B2B SaaS/ Tech M&A is highly desirable.
