API & Integrations Engineer — Ownership & Growth (Hybrid)

Nixor is recruiting a Software Engineer in Manchester to own key integrations linking our platform with client HR and recruitment tools. You’ll design and implement REST APIs, webhooks, and secure data flows, collaborating with external developers and clients.

Initially you’ll work with a fractional CTO and external engineers, growing into greater ownership as the business scales. A hybrid setup supports flexible delivery.
