We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Adult Dietetic and Speech & Language Service at Weston General Hospital. This role offers a varied and rewarding experience, working with the team to support the rehabilitation of patients with Stroke.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to build and develop their skills in patient centred care. You will work with the Specialist Dietitian & Specialist Speech Therapist to implement dietary & speech therapy treatment & therapy plans. Therefore you will need to have good communication skills and be flexible organised in your approach to work.

You will work within departmental guidelines and procedures with direct access to supervision to:
- help patients meet their nutritional requirements,observingdysphagia guidance & therapy.
- support patients with communication and swallowing difficulties in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- ensure that patient information (clinical and non-clinical) is available.
- maintainclose and meaningful communication with key staff at all levels.
