Evenings & Weekend Bar & Restaurant Server — Hospitality Pro

Mercure Bridgwater, part of AccorHotels, is seeking Bar & Restaurant Servers for a flexible, part-time position in the hotel’s Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill. Shifts are typically 5pm starts, with some early starts and weekend coverage, offering a hands-on hospitality environment with room for growth.

You will deliver warm service, take orders, and contribute to a smooth front-to-back of house flow while building knowledge of the menu and drinks to recommend to guests.
