Religious Education Teacher – Leicester

A supportive secondary school in Leicester is looking for an enthusiastic Religious Education Teacher to join its Humanities department as soon as possible.

The school is committed to helping students develop their understanding of religious, ethical and philosophical issues and is seeking a teacher who can encourage thoughtful discussion and independent thinking.

The successful candidate will teach RE across KS3 and KS4 and will work closely with colleagues within the Humanities department.

The ideal candidate will have:

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Strong RE/Religious Studies knowledge.

Secondary teaching experience.

The ability to create engaging and thought-provoking lessons.
