Plant Room Mechanical Engineer (Ventilation Lead)

PRS is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a large estate in the Humberside area. The role focuses on building maintenance, plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance, with supervisory duties.

The role is permanent with a basic salary of £38,000–£41,000, plus £1,500 uplift for Ventilation AP training, on-call and overtime. On-call one in five with a pool van provided, and 25 days’ holiday.
