We are seeking a
Lead Business Analyst
to lead analysis across a large-scale
Sales & Fulfilment transformation programme , focusing on customer journeys, multi-product capabilities, sales order management and scalable ordering.
Key Responsibilities Lead analysis strategy and requirements across complex transformation workstreams. Drive discovery, business design and end-to-end journey mapping. Work with senior stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects and delivery teams. Define epics, features and user stories for Agile delivery. Establish analysis frameworks, standards and governance. Coach Business Analysts and ensure quality and traceability of outputs.
Experience you’ll need Significant
Telco experience . Strong business analysis experience across complex transformation programmes. Excellent senior stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Experience managing ambiguity and shaping strategic initiatives. Strong understanding of
Agile delivery, Epics, Features and User Stories . Experience working across Product, Technology and Operations.
