Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Remote (NI Base) | £30,000£35,000 + Bonus & Commission
3 Peaks Recruitment are working with a fast-growing B2B technology and demand generation business as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced outbound SDR/BDR who loves picking up the phone, building relationships and generating quality opportunities across the UK and US markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own outbound prospecting across UK & US markets
- Generate and book qualified meetings with senior B2B decision-makers
- Use a multi-channel approach across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Work closely with Account Directors to hand over qualified opportunities
- Own and consistently deliver against SDR/BDR targets
- Use CRM and sales tools including HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo and Clay
- Feed market and prospect insights back into the wider sales strategy
What we’re looking for:
- 24+ years experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role
- Proven track record of hitting targets and generating qualified meetings
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
- Experience within SaaS, technology, cyber, cloud or data highly advantageous
- US/North American prospecting experience a strong advantage
- Confident, commercially driven and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
