Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied commercial property caseload within a respected regional law firm. You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases and finance, drive transactional success, and build strong client relationships. You’ll support junior colleagues and help grow the department through networking and business development. Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases and property finance
• Manage transactions from instruction to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support junior fee earners and contribute to team development
• Participate in networking and business development activities
• Provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice

Key requirements

• At least 5 years PQE in commercial property law
• Strong technical knowledge across the sector
