Store Operations Lead

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Team Support Manager to lead the fill operation and ensure the sales floor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources and supervise colleagues to Serve, Sell and Fill, while acting as floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

You’ll work early mornings with a pattern that includes Monday through Saturday shifts. The role involves opening/closing tasks, cash handling and keeping the store clean and presentable, while delivering great customer service
