A part of a Fortune 500 corporation, we have seen (and assisted) the team grow and, as a result of another internal promotion, there now exists a brand-new role for a senior claims handler to complement this highly regarded and friendly team.

The Role
The claims department aims to be the market leader in the provision of an efficient, cost-effective, creative and professional service to their brokers and clients. They work with integrity with a range of clients in the care industry, and the variety of claims you will work on is second to none. Whilst EL, PL and Professional indemnity claims are at the heart of this team, you will also deal with some cyber claims, commercial crime and abuse claims (training provided in the more unusual areas).
This is primarily an office-based role and will require the successful candidate to be based four days a week in their prestigious offices in Leeds city centre, with one day of your choice working from home.
The Person
You could be a Chartered Legal Executive or fee-earning paralegal with EL/PL or professional indemnity experience from a law firm, or an insurance claims handler confident in handling this kind of claim. We have moved solicitors, legal executives and claims handlers successfully into these roles previously, and all have been very happy. xwwtmva In addition to your technical claims experience, youll be highly organised, can prioritise work, have good time management skills and be able to work to deadlines to see claims through to final settlement in a proactive manner.
