Overview

In this role you deliver reliable electrical services across client sites, supporting safety, maintenance, and compliance within a facilities context. You will work with cross-site teams to keep assets and systems running, enabling customers to operate safely and efficiently. The position offers hands-on technical work with a focus on safety, documentation, and timely repairs. This is a practical, service-driven role in a large facilities organization with clear SLAs and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, and reactive repairs
• Deliver planned maintenance across client sites
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory building regulations
• Maintain accurate records using IT systems
• Support preventative maintenance programmes through inspections and monitoring

Key requirements

• Level 2/3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• IT literate with strong customer service skills
• Experience in facilities or mobile maintenance (construction sector preferred)
