Optical Assistant – Online Retail Customer Care

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting an Optical Assistant to join our head office team near Bury, Greater Manchester. This role focuses on supporting customers with frame and lens selections, prescriptions, orders and aftercare from our modern head office via email, live chat and telephone.

You’ll use your optical knowledge in a customer‑facing environment, communicate clearly by phone and online, and help process orders while maintaining accurate records.
