Overview
In this role you will lead cost management and reporting on high-quality residential developments, partnering with site teams to ensure on-spec, on-time delivery within budget. You will work closely with clients through tendering and project delivery, contributing to a contractor with strong repeat business. You’ll operate in a growth‑minded firm delivering large-scale housing schemes, focusing on commercial discipline and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of residential developments with site managers to ensure quality, schedule and budget
- Lead tendering processes and maintain strong client engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on specification, time and budget, with robust cost controls
- Oversee financial and commercial aspects via coordination with site staff and project team
- Support growth by contributing to efficient project execution and client satisfaction
Key requirements
- Track record with a contractor or refurbishment contractor on residential schemes
- Degree qualified or construction qualification/experience
- Strong all-round commercial skills
- Ability to commute to South East London
