Overview

In this role you will own a key product area within Microsoft AI Health, shaping end-to-end experiences that enable healthier user outcomes. You collaborate across engineering, UX and AI model teams to ship trusted, high-quality consumer applications. You will turn business goals into strategic product requirements, define success metrics, and drive iterative design through launches. This is a fast-paced, design-driven environment where bold thinking and cross-functional leadership matter. You’ll influence product direction from vision to polished implementation, with a strong focus on impact and user trust.

Responsibilities

  • Own and define end-to-end product from concept to launch for a health-focused AI product area
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX designers, and AI model teams to translate strategy into deliverables
  • Set goals, KPIs, and run experiments to measure impact using data and research
  • Lead cross-functional planning, scoping, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery
  • Advocate for design thinking and maintain high design quality, craft, and user trust
  • Navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments and unblock roadblocks to ship to users

Key requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a related field with 6+ years of product/service design experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of experience OR equivalent experience
  • Portfolio showing shipping consumer products from vision to launch
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering to ensure details reach users
  • Proven track record with design thinking in fast-paced settings
  • Experience with researching and leveraging qualitative and quantitative signals for design impact
  • Experience prompting LLMs, Generative AI, or willingness to learn
