Senior Associate- Real Estate Finance

AJ Chambers is working with a leading Top 100 law firm seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its growing Real Estate Finance team.

You’ll work on a high-quality caseload of acquisition, development, investment and refinancing transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers across a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years’ PQE in Banking & Finance.
• Strong real estate finance experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating facility, security and intercreditor documentation.
• Excellent commercial and client-facing skills.
• A proactive approach and interest in business development.
