Business Development Manager – Construction (London & South East)

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help secure major construction projects across London and the South East, working with a well-established main contractor.

You’ll focus on work-winning – generating and developing opportunities, building relationships with developer-side stakeholders, and shaping bid strategy for large-scale schemes across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Education.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven BD/work-winning experience in UK construction
• Background with a main contractor in a similar role
• Strong network with development organisations and key market stakeholders
• Bid/tender process experience for major projects
• Track record of winning high-value projects (circa £70m+)

Able to work on-site in London / South East as needed
