Overview
In this role you will specialise in affordable housing and Build-To-Rent/PRS within a national residential development practice. You will manage high value, complex transactions from land acquisition through to completion, collaborating with major housebuilders, registered providers and institutional investors. The role focuses on strategic development work rather than plots, offering exposure to significant schemes and a strong progression path within a well-being focused, hybrid-working culture.

Responsibilities
- lead affordable housing and BTR/PRS transactional matters
- advise on land acquisition, site set up and infrastructure agreements
- develop and implement project structures for management and delivery of schemes
- work on high value, complex development projects for diverse clients
- collaborate with wider real estate, construction, planning and tax teams
- provide strategic development guidance across the lifecycle of schemes
- maintain strong client relationships and contribute to a high-performing team
Key requirements
- strong experience in affordable housing and residential development
- proven track record with high value, complex development transactions
- ability to operate at Senior Associate/Associate Director level
- national exposure to major schemes and clients
