Shift Manager, Warehouse Operations – Lead & Develop Teams

Marks & Spencer is opening a new Lichfield Distribution Centre in early 2027 and is recruiting permanent, full-time Shift Managers. The role covers day and night shifts on a 12-hour pattern with a two-week rotating schedule. You will lead, inspire and develop teams to meet targets, while maintaining safety and service excellence for customers.

The role focuses on delivering the production plan, nurturing talent, and sustaining high performance in a fast-moving transformation phase.
