Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Deliver & Develop Team

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the East Midlands to lead the store floor and backroom operations, providing strong leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. You’ll manage cash processes, stock integrity and motivate colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
