Senior Tax Manager, Private Business & PE (Hybrid)

PwC UK is seeking a tax adviser to own a diverse portfolio of engagements, including privately owned and private equity portfolio companies, advising on technical tax issues. You will develop market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborate across the firm on complex projects.

The role requires ACA/CTA qualification (or international equivalent) and strong knowledge of UK tax, with experience handling complex issues for owner-managed and PE-backed businesses.
