Senior Design Manager – Construction (SW) | Car Allowance

Sphere Solutions is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead the design process for major South West / Bristol projects. You will coordinate across clients, consultants and delivery teams from bid stage through to completion, ensuring design solutions meet programme requirements and buildability standards.

The role requires strong experience in main contractor environments, CDM 2015 knowledge, and exceptional communication with stakeholders.
