Overview

In this role you will support senior salespeople in selling Interest Rate products within the Fixed Income Division, building client relationships and expanding product knowledge. You will develop market insights, contribute to business development, and gradually take on more accounts. The position offers high development potential as you gain experience across desks and cross-sell opportunities. Your work will help shape client strategies in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities

  • Generate opportunities for new and existing clients based on market themes
  • Develop and maintain tools, metrics, and signals to identify sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain connections with sales and trading desks across Fixed Income
  • Communicate opportunities to sales and clients to generate flow for the rates business
  • Collaborate with FX, credit, and commodities teams to cross-sell and identify combined opportunities

Key requirements

  • Prior Interest Rate Sales experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep dive capability
  • Knowledge of vanilla/exotic interest rate derivatives
  • Keen interest in financial markets and fast-paced environment
  • Commercial mindset and ability to collaborate with traders and external clients
  • Strong technical/analytical skills
  • Ideally a Master’s degree in STEM or finance-related topic
  • Strong numerical aptitude and basic programming concepts
  • Strong people skills and commercial orientation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to speak a second language
  • Certified Persons Regulatory Requirements: role may require regulatory qualifications
