Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for a Site Maintenance Hygiene Operativeto join the team at Yeo Valleyin Isleport, Highbridge.

In this role, you will help keep the site clean, safe, and well maintained, both inside and outside the warehouse. You will also support the Maintenance Technicians with basic maintenance tasks and repairs across the site.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Carrying out cleaning duties across the warehouse and site, including high-level cleaning
• Helping to keep the site clean, safe, and well organised
• Supporting Maintenance Technicians with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
• Following cleaning schedules and completing tasks as required
• Reporting any maintenance, safety, or site issues to the team

What we are looking for:

• Good understanding of health and safety in the workplace
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in an industrial or site environment
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Basic IT skills and confidence using workplace systems

Desirable experience:

• Experience with internal and external high-level cleaning
• COSHH awareness
• IPAF qualification
• Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH
• Previous maintenance support experience

Full training will be provided by Yeo Valley, with opportunities for ongoing support and development.
