High-Volume Credit Controller – Major Accounts

GAP Group Limited in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of outstanding debt and support Major Account customers. The role is fast-paced and high-volume, focusing on collecting payments by telephone and email while collaborating with internal and external contacts to resolve enquiries.

You’ll need a proven track record in high-volume credit control, excellent customer service, and strong MS Office skills (Excel and Word).
